This matter comes before the Court on the parties Stipulation to Further Extend Time for

Defendants Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. and Aerojet Rocketdyne, Inc. (hereinafter,

“Defendants”) to Answer or Otherwise Respond to First Amended Complaint (the “Joint

Stipulation”). The Court has reviewed the Joint Stipulation and, good cause appearing, GRANTS
5
the Joint Stipulation.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the deadline for Defendants to move, answer or otherwise

respond to the Amended Complaint is further extended through and including December 14, 2018.

The Scheduling Conference is continued to February 25, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. A Joint Status Report
