Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brings this action for judicial

review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security under 42 U.S.C. ยง 405(g). On
16
January 13, 2017, plaintiff was ordered to show cause why this action should not be dismissed
17
for failure to file a dispositive motion within the appropriate time. Plaintiff responded to the
18
order to show cause the same day, and has since filed a motion for summary judgment. Good
19
cause appearing therefor, the order to show cause is discharged. This action shall proceed
20
according to the scheduling order issued January 12, 2016.
