Plaintiff, who is represented by counsel, has requested authority pursuant to 28 U.S.C.

§ 1915 to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). ECF No. 3. The district judge presiding over this
20
matter referred the IFP request to the undersigned pursuant to Local Rule 302(a).

Plaintiff has submitted the affidavit required by § 1915(a) showing that she is unable to
prepay fees and costs or give security for them. ECF No. 3.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma
24
pauperis (ECF No. 3), is GRANTED.
