UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR A SECOND
EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
DEFENDANT TO FILE HER MOTION
FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Defendant respectfully motions this Court for a second extension of time of 16 days to
22
file her motion for summary judgment, or until Friday, July 1, 2016. Upon review of Plaintiff’s
23

26
office. The undersigned spoke with Plaintiff’s counsel by telephone on June 28, 2016, and was
27
informed that this motion is not opposed.
