Defendants filed their motion for summary judgment on April 12, 2021,

2

making Plaintiff’s opposition due today, May 3, 2021 (L.R. 230(l)). Given the

3

difficulties with communicating with a prisoner client, especially during the

4

pandemic, Plaintiff’s counsel has been unable to finish the opposition. As such,

5

the parties hereby stipulate to continuing the due date for Plaintiff’s Opposition

6

to May 17, 2021; for Defendants’ Reply to May 24, 2021; and, the hearing to

7

May 28, 2021.
