On January 26, 2017, the court dismissed plaintiff’s complaint and granted him thirty days
18
to file an amended complaint. ECF No. 3. On March 10, 2017, plaintiff filed documents in
19
which he requests a 90-day extension of time to file an amended complaint.1 ECF Nos. 5, 6.

It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff’s request for an extension of time is granted in part.
21
Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint within 60 days of the date of this order. Failure to
22
timely file an amended complaint may result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed.
