Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brings this action under

42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security.

On June 9, 2017, the court directed plaintiff to show cause in writing why this action should not
18
be dismissed for plaintiff’s failure to file a dispositive motion. A review of the docket reflects
19
that plaintiff has now filed his dispositive motion. Accordingly, the order to show cause is
20
hereby discharged.
