Plaintiff, Advanced Steel Recovery, LLC (“Plaintiff” or “ASR”) and Defendants X-Body

Equipment, Inc. and Jewell Attachments, LLC (“Defendants”), by and through their respective

counsel of record, have submitted a stipulation to the Court requesting the entry of an order pursuant

to Fed. R. Evid. 502.

Upon considering the parties’ stipulation, and finding good cause for the requested relief, it
is hereby ordered that:

electronically stored information (“ESI”) or information, whether

inadvertent or otherwise, is not a waiver of the privilege or protection

from discovery in this case or in any other federal or state proceeding.
