ECF No. 3. 17 An appellant’s failure to take the necessary steps to prosecute the appeal may be 18 grounds for sanctions, up to and including dismissal of the appeal. Greco v. Stubenberg, 859 F.2d 19 1401, 1404 (9th Cir. 1988). As appellants have taken no steps to complete the record necessary 20 to the appeal, and appellants are directed to show cause in writing on or before April 29, 2016, 21 why the appeal should not be dismissed. 22 23 IT IS SO ORDERED.
