25 APPEARING, the Court ORDERS as follows:

This case shall remain STAYED for all purposes, except for matters

relating to seeking preliminary and final approval of the class action

settlement;

On or before March 16, 2017, unless Plaintiff has filed his Motion for

Preliminary Approval by that date, the parties shall file a Joint Status

Report updating the Court as to the status of the settlement.
