The 17 settlement conference has concluded and Plaintiff James Bobby Davenport, III is no longer 18 needed as a participant in this proceeding. 19 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad 20 Testificandum is DISCHARGED and Plaintiff shall be transported immediately back to the 21 California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. 22 IT IS SO ORDERED. 23 24 Dated: August 11, 2016 UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE 25 26 27 28 1
