No. 2:16-cv-0389 MCE KJN P
Plaintiff,
v.
ORDER
DR. JU, et al.,
15
Defendants.
16
17
Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding pro se. On May 13, 2017, plaintiff signed a
18
request for settlement conference. (ECF No. 27.) However, in light of defendant Dr. Ju’s motion
19
to opt out of the post-screening ADR project, it appears that a settlement conference at this time is
20
not warranted. (See ECF No. 25.) No good cause appearing, plaintiff’s request for a settlement
21
conference is denied.
22
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff’s motion for settlement conference
23
(ECF No. 27) is denied without prejudice.
