The second-referenced action, 16-cv-0375, has not yet been set 2 for a scheduling conference. 3 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 4 1. The October 19, 2016 scheduling conference in 16-cv-0415 is VACATED; 5 2. Both cases are hereby SET for a joint Status (Pretrial Scheduling) Conference on 6 November 16, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., before the undersigned.
