Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion, ECF No. 79, to file a response 20 to Defendants’ reply in support of their motion for summary judgment. Defendants have opposed 21 the request on a limited basis. See ECF No. 85. Given Plaintiff’s pro se status, the Court is 22 willing to accept his additional filing and the response thereto in considering Defendants’ motion 23 for summary judgment.
