Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C.
18
§ 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to the Local Rules.
On August 22, 2022, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein
19

which were served on the parties and which contained notice that the parties may file objections
21
within fourteen days. (ECF No. 200.) Plaintiff filed objections to the findings and
22
recommendations. (ECF No. 201.)

In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Local Rule 304(f), the
24
Court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the
25
Court finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper
26
analysis.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
