Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

§ 1983, has filed a second motion requesting the court return his response to defendants’ motion

for summary judgment. ECF No. 178. Because the first request to return the opposition has

20

already been granted, ECF No. 177, the motion is denied as moot.
