RAY’S FOOD PLACE #25, (“C&K” or “Defendant”) and DEBORAH KING

(“King” or “Plaintiff”), through their respective counsel of record, as follows:
WHEREAS, on or about March 17, 2016, Plaintiff filed a Complaint in the
