McCORD, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action pursuant to 17 18 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Pending before the court are defendants’ unopposed motions relating to 19 scheduling of this case (ECF Nos. 29 and 30). In their motions, defendants seek an extension of 20 time to respond to plaintiff’s first set of interrogatories (ECF NO. 30) as well as an extension of 21 time to file a dispositive motion (ECF No. 29).
