On February 7, 2017, the court dismissed plaintiff’s complaint and granted her thirty days

to file an amended complaint. ECF No. 23. On April 25, 2017, plaintiff filed a request for an
19
extension of time to file an amended complaint, explaining that she did not receive the order
20
dismissing her complaint until April 17, 2017. ECF No. 25.

It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff’s request for an extension of time (ECF No. 25) is
22
granted. Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint within 30 days of the date of this order.

Failure to timely file an amended complaint may result in a recommendation that this action be
24
dismissed.
