On February 7, 2017, the court dismissed plaintiff’s complaint for failure to state a claim,

18

and granted plaintiff 30 days to file an amended complaint.1 ECF Nos. 22, 23. On May 2, 2017,

19

the court granted plaintiff’s request for an extension of time and ordered plaintiff to file her

20

amended complaint within thirty days. ECF No. 26. Plaintiff was admonished that failure to

21

timely file an amended complaint would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed.

The deadline has passed and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or otherwise
responded to the court’s order.
Accordingly, it is hereby RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed, and that the
Clerk be directed to close this case. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); Local Rule 110.
