SERVICE OF PROCESS 20 All named Defendants have been served and no further service 21 is permitted without leave of court, good cause having been 22 shown. 23 II. 24 No joinder of parties or amendments to pleadings is 25 ADDITIONAL PARTIES/AMENDMENTS/PLEADINGS permitted without leave of court, good cause having been shown. 26 III. 27 Jurisdiction is predicated upon 28 U.S.C. § 1332. 28 JURISDICTION/VENUE Jurisdiction and venue are not contested. 1 1 IV. 2 All discovery shall be completed by August 28, 2017.
