v.
ORDER
JEFF MACOMBER, et al.,
14
Defendants.
15
16
On May 7, 2024, the Magistrate Judge issued an order denying plaintiff’s request to
17
communicate with inmate Felix. On June 14, 2024, plaintiff filed a request for reconsideration of
18
that order. Local Rule 303(b), states “rulings by Magistrate Judges . . . shall be final if no
19
reconsideration thereof is sought from the Court within fourteen days . . . from the date of service
20
of the ruling on the parties.” Id. Plaintiff’s request for reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s
21
order of May 7, 2024, is therefore untimely.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff’s June 14, 2024, request for
22
23
reconsideration (ECF No. 190) is denied.
