Luis Vela, (Defendants), agree as follows:
WHEREAS Plaintiff filed the Complaint in the US District Court, Eastern District

of California against Defendants on April 29, 2016;

WHEREAS Plaintiff submits that Defendants were served on July 13, 2016;
