IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, to extend

the time 30 Days to December 21, 2016, for Plaintiff to file her Opening Brief, in accordance with the

Court’s Scheduling Order. This is Plaintiff's second request for an extension. It is requested due to

21

Plaintiff's counsel having a hectic briefing schedule as well as health issues she is attempting to

22

resolve. Plaintiff's counsel's briefing schedule opens up in December, so this will be the final

extension.
