ORDER PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, Defendant. 10 11 No. 2:16-cv-1003 JAM AC P Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, has filed a notice of removal of a state criminal prosecution 12 from Butte County Superior Court. ECF No. 1. The matter was referred to a United States 13 Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 14 On June 21, 2018, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein which 15 were served on plaintiff and which contained notice to plaintiff that any objections to the findings 16 and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. ECF No. 8. Plaintiff has not filed 17 objections to the findings and recommendations. 18 The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 19 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY 20 ORDERED that: 21 22 23 24 25 26 1. The findings and recommendations filed June 21, 2018 (ECF No. 8), are adopted in full; and 2.
