ROBUSTELLI, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 On May 31, 2016, plaintiff was ordered to file a completed application to proceed in 17 18 forma pauperis within thirty days and was cautioned that failure to do so would result in 19 dismissal. The thirty day period has now expired and plaintiff has not complied with the court’s 20 May 31, 2016 order. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without 21 22 prejudice. These findings and recommendations will be submitted to the United States District Judge 23 24 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen days 25 after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file written objections 26 with the court. The document should be captioned “Objections to Findings and 27 Recommendations.” Plaintiff is advised that failure to file objections within the specified time 28 ///// 1 1 may waive the right to appeal the District Court’s order.
