Shubb in Courtroom 5. The reason for this request is that the parties believe this case 25 is amenable to settlement without the need for formal discovery. The parties' counsel have met 26 and conferred extensively, and have agreed to voluntarily produce the very limited documents, 27 information and legal authority that each side deems necessary for purposes of readying the case 28 for settlement.
