ECF No. 16. The deadline has passed and plaintiff has failed to file his 21 motion for summary judgment. Local Rule 110 provides that failure to comply with the Local 22 Rules “may be grounds for imposition by the Court of any and all sanctions authorized by statute 23 or Rule or within the inherent power of the Court.” 24 Accordingly, good cause appearing, it hereby ORDERED that: 25 1. Plaintiff shall show cause, in writing, within fourteen days of the date of this order, 26 27 28 why sanctions should not be imposed for failure to timely file a motion for summary judgment. 2. Plaintiff shall file his motion for summary judgment within fourteen days of the date of this order. 1 1 2 3.
