The court has found the appointment of counsel for plaintiff is warranted for the limited 18 purpose of representing plaintiff at a settlement conference and referred the case to the 19 administrator of this District’s pro bono panel of attorneys, Sujean Park, for the identification of 20 counsel to represent plaintiff at a settlement conference. (ECF No. 72.) Alexander L. Nowinski 21 and Allison M. Nye have been selected from the Court’s Pro Bono Attorney Panel to represent 22 plaintiff for this limited purpose and have agreed to be appointed. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1. Alexander L. Nowinski and Allison M. Nye are appointed as limited purpose counsel for 24 25 plaintiff in the above titled matter. This appointment is for the limited purpose of 26 assisting plaintiff with preparing for and participating in a settlement conference. 27 ///// 28 ///// 1 1 2 2. Alexander L. Nowinski and Allison M.
