ORDER BEASLEY, 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel. Plaintiff consented to proceed 18 before the undersigned for all purposes. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). By order filed November 22, 19 2016, plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed and thirty days leave to file an amended complaint was 20 granted. Plaintiff was cautioned that failure to comply with the order may result in the dismissal 21 of this action. Thirty days from that date have now passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended 22 complaint, or otherwise responded to the court’s order. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed without prejudice. 24 See Local Rule 110; Fed.
