Pursuant to the parties’ 21 stipulation, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals vacated this Court’s final judgment and remanded 22 with instruction to remand the matter back to the agency pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. 23 § 405(g). The Ninth Circuit’s mandate issued on September 23, 2019. 24 /// 25 /// 26 /// 27 /// 28 /// 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1.
