JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC.; and DOES 1-20, inclusive No. 2:16-cv-01459-JAM-KJN ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION Defendants. 18 19 Plaintiff’s motion requesting preliminary injunction was 20 scheduled for a hearing on August 23, 2016. 21 properly oppose Plaintiff’s motion for preliminary injunction. 22 Having read the motion, the memoranda and the declarations filed 23 by the parties, the Court finds that Plaintiff’s evidence shows 24 that a preliminary injunction enjoining defendants from 25 conducting a foreclosure sale of Plaintiff’s until there has been 26 compliance with California Civil Code section 2923.6 and 2924.12 27 is appropriate. 28 Defendants did not THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT Plaintiff’s motion for 1 1 preliminary injunction is GRANTED.
