Plaintiff,
v.
ORDER
A. MARTINEZ, et al.,
15
Defendants.
16
17
On December 8, 2016, plaintiff filed a document the court construes as a request for
18
reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s November 23, 2016 order dismissing plaintiff’s
19
complaint with leave to amend. Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders
20
shall be upheld unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon review of the entire file, the
21
court finds that it does not appear that the magistrate judge’s ruling is clearly erroneous or
22
contrary to law.
23
Therefore, plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration (ECF No. 10) is denied.
24
IT IS SO ORDERED.
