KAUR, et al., 15 ORDER Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding pro se. This action proceeds on plaintiff’s claim 18 that in 2016, defendant Kaur retaliated against plaintiff at California State Prison, Solano. By 19 order filed March 28, 2018, this action was referred to the post-screening ADR project and stayed 20 pending a settlement conference. The case did not settle. Therefore, the stay of this action is 21 lifted, and defendant Kaur is directed to file a responsive pleading within thirty days from the date 22 of this order. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1. The stay of this action is lifted; and 25 2.
