As with plaintiff’s original motion, the amended motion is incomplete. Specifically, in 22 response to Question No. 3, plaintiff does not provide any response to sub-questions a through d. 23 Plaintiff will be provided an opportunity to either pay the filing fees for this action or submit a 24 completed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff is cautioned that failure 25 to comply with this order may result in dismissal of the action.
