ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED MOTION TO STAY 12 ETRACOM LLC and MICHAEL 13 ROSENBERG, Respondents. 14 15 Before the Court is the parties’ Joint Motion to Stay Discovery and Set New 16 17 Discovery Deadlines in Light of Pending Mediation, ECF No. 31. The parties have 18 engaged a private mediator and request a stay of discovery and extension of 19 discovery deadlines. The Court finds good cause to grant the motions. 20 // 21 // 22 // 23 // 24 // 25 // 26 // 27 // 28 // ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED MOTION TO STAY + 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 2 1. The parties’ Joint Motion to Stay Discovery and Set New Discovery 3 Deadlines in Light of Pending Mediation, ECF No. 31, is GRANTED. 4 2. This case is STAYED pending mediation. Following mediation, the 5 parties shall notify the Court of its outcome. 6 3. If mediation is successful, the parties will make appropriate filings with 7 the Court in light of the need for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s 8 approval of any proposed settlement. If mediation is not successful the stay of 9 discovery will be lifted upon notification to the Court. Discovery will resume and 10 the deadlines for fact and expert discovery shall be extended by sixty days. 11 4. The stay does not apply to ongoing document production from third 12 parties based on previously served subpoenas. 13 IT IS SO ORDERED.
