20 any party. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) and the parties’ joint request,
21 the Court accepts the stipulation, enters it into the record, and dismisses this action
22 with prejudice.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
