The Court has considered the Stipulation and Joint Request of the parties to extend the
21
close of discovery and the close of pretrial motions. Good cause appears to exist for the request
22
and therefore, the Court finds as follows:
IT IS ORDERED that the Discovery and Scheduling Order is modified such that the
23
24
parties may conduct discovery until May 15, 2018.
25
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Discovery and Scheduling Order is modified such
26
that all pretrial motions, except motions to compel discovery, shall be filed on or before August
27
15, 2018.
