Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of Social Security (Defendant or the Commissioner), by and through

their respective counsel of record, that Defendant shall have a 30-day extension of time to respond to

Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment filed in the above-captioned matter (Docket Number 16). The

current deadline is May 22, 2017, and the new deadline would be June 19, 2017. This is the third

27

extension of time requested in the above-captioned matter. Defendant requests this additional time due
