on August 3, 2017, on the basis that the Parties need additional time in order to finalize and sign the

settlement agreements.

Good cause appearing, the Court hereby ORDERS that the deadline to move to reopen the case

be continued by sixty (60) days until October 2, 2017 to allow for additional time to have the
13
settlement agreements signed and a stipulation for dismissal filed as contemplated by the terms of the

settlement.
