On August 2, 2017 the parties filed a joint Stipulation of Voluntary

17 Dismissal With Prejudice, ECF No. 38. The parties aver that all claims brought by
18 named Plaintiff Ondra Mbazomo are dismissed with prejudice, that class claims
19 are dismissed without prejudice, and that each party shall bear their own fees and
20 costs. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the Court accepts and enters the
21 stipulation.
