Plaintiff is a California prisoner proceeding pro se with an action for violation of civil

14 days. Plaintiff was warned that failure to submit the filing fee within 14 days would result in

dismissal. Plaintiff has not submitted the filing fee.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without

These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge
