Plaintiffs will be filing a single combined brief in response to Defendants’ and DefendantIntervenor’s Opening Briefs. The Parties have compromised and agreed that Plaintiffs will strive
to use as few pages as possible and that a maximum of 28 pages strikes a proper balance in order
to ensure Plaintiffs have enough space to address both Defendants’ and Defendant-Intervenor’s
arguments.
