On March 27, 2017, plaintiff filed a motion for reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s
18
order filed March 16, 2017, granting defendant’s motion to be excluded from the Post-Screening
19
ADR project. Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld
20
unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to law.” Id. Upon review of the entire file, the Court finds
21
that it does not appear that the magistrate judge’s ruling was clearly erroneous or contrary to law.

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of the
23

magistrate judge filed March 16, 2017, ECF No. 19, is AFFIRMED.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
