ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Allison Claire on 5/10/2017 ORDERING that within fourteen (14) days of this Order, the parties shall contact the court's VDRP administrator, Sujean Park, to start the process of selecting an appropriate neutral. This action is hereby STAYED to provide the parties time to complete the VDRP session. The parties shall complete the VDRP session as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 7/19/2017. No later than five (5) days after completion of the VDRP session, the parties shall file a joint statement indicating whether a settlement was reached. To avoid the unnecessary expenditure of costs and attorneys’ fees, this action is hereby 25 26 stayed to provide the parties time to complete the VDRP session.
