For Summary Judgment by 14 days. The current deadline was July 3, 2017, and the new

deadline would be July 17, 2016. Any reply would be due on or before August 7, 2017. This is

the first extension of time requested in the above-captioned matter. Defendant requests this

additional time because defense counsel has been out of the office on unanticipated leave due to
the death of a close friend.
