WHEREAS the parties resolved this matter by oral agreement on or about May 1, 2018;

WHEREAS the parties notified the Court of this resolution on May 8, 2018;
3
WHEREAS the Court on May 8, 2018 ordered that the parties file dispositional documents
4 with the Court by May 25, 2018;
5
WHEREAS the parties continue to prepare the dispositional documents, but are concerned
6 that they will not be able to meet the May 25, 2018 deadline ordered by the Court;
7
WHEREAS no previous extensions have been requested with respect to this deadline;
8
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that, pursuant to Civil Local Rule 144(a),
9 that the parties shall have until June 4, 2018 to file dispositional documents with the Court.
