ORDER EL DORADO COUNTY C.P.S., et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 18 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Eastern District of 19 California local rules. 20 On January 20, 2022, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations (ECF No. 21 49) herein which were served on the parties and which contained notice that the parties may file 22 objections within the time specified therein. No objections to the findings and recommendations 23 have been filed. 24 25 The Court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and the magistrate judge’s analysis. 26 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 27 1. 28 The Findings and Recommendations filed January 20, 2022, (ECF No. 49), are adopted in full; 1 1 2. Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, (ECF No. 45), is DENIED; 2 3. Plaintiff’s third amended complaint is DISMISSED with leave to amend; and 3 4.
