R. Civ. Proc. 26 16(b)(4) to modify the Pre-Trial Scheduling Order in the manner requested by the 27 parties’ joint stipulation. 28 /// 1 2 3 4 The deadline to complete discovery, as set forth in Paragraph IV of the PreTrial Scheduling Order will be extended to April 16, 2018. The expert disclosure deadline as set forth in Paragraph V of the Pre-Trial Scheduling Order will be extended to June 21, 2018. 5 The dispositive motion deadline as set forth in Paragraph VI of the Pre-Trial 6 Scheduling Order will be extended to August 23, 2018.
