He requests an extension of time to file an amended complaint pursuant to the 19 court’s August 3, 2017 order. 20 Plaintiff’s request (ECF No. 19) is granted and plaintiff has 60 days from the date this 21 order is served to file his amended complaint. Absent a showing of good cause, the court is not 22 inclined to extend the time further. 23 So ordered. 24 Dated: August 29, 2017. 25 26 27 28
